No Shower Doors, Cast Iron Tubs, Used toilets
3. Building Material
No broken bags, No used items, all wood must be free of nails and staples
4. Cabinets
No damaged or broken down cabinets
5. Doors (Interior, Exterior, Closet)
No water damage or broken
6. Electrical
No Commercial Electrical
7. Flooring
No used carpet, Laminate flooring, or tile
8. Hand tools
Not broken or rusted
10. Home Furniture
All furniture must be in good working
condition. No rips, stains, No animal hair, No water damage, no missing pieces.
10. Non-upholstered Furniture
No Upholstered Furniture Sofas, Love Seats, Recliners
12. Kitchen
No Cast Iron sinks
13. Lighting
No Commercial Lighting
14. Office Furniture
No Cubicles, printers or computers
15. Outdoor Power Equipment
Must be in good working condition
